A: Claudine Lucille is a stationery brand for people who find joy in the details, named in tribute to our founder's two grandmothers, Claudine Fobers and Lucille Wilburn. Both women moved through the world with quiet wisdom and effortless strength, and they had a gift for curating the everyday.
Q: What is "Not Quite Blank"?
A: Not Quite Blank is our creative philosophy. We believe the best ideas start with a spark, so every page carries a subtle design element such as a pattern, border, shape, quote, doodle, or visual cue. These touches add just enough inspiration to get ideas flowing while leaving the majority of the space open for yours. Consider it a head start, darling. The rest of the page is all you.
Q: I'm not a "writer" or an "artist." Is this for me?
A: If you have thoughts, plans, or even just a very aesthetic grocery list, you belong here. Creativity belongs to anyone who moves through the world with intention.
The Logistics
Q: Where is my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email from info@claudinelucille.com so you can follow its journey from our hands to your desk. If it hasn't arrived in your inbox, take a peek in your spam or promotions folder. Once a package leaves our studio, delivery is in the hands of our shipping partners, and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order seems genuinely delayed, email us at info@claudinelucille.com with your order number and we'll help you track it down.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: You choose your delivery speed at checkout, with expedited options available for an additional fee. Expedited shipping shortens the trip to your door and does not change processing time. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you're elsewhere, send us a note at info@claudinelucille.com. We'd love to know where our pages are wanted next. Customs and transit times vary by destination.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you absolutely smitten with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, please find specific instructions on how to submit a return, here. We'll handle it with the grace and efficiency you deserve.

The Quality Standards
Q: What's the paper quality like?
A: Your favorite pen deserves a worthy surface. Our notebook pages are printed on 85 lb text (126 gsm) paper, noticeably heavier than standard printer paper at 75 gsm. The result is a smooth, substantial page that feels elevated and durable and writes beautifully without bleed-through, whether you reach for a fountain pen or a humble No. 2 pencil.
Q: Will you be releasing more colors soon?
A: Yes, and excitedly so. We tap stellar artists and designers to curate fresh collections throughout the year. Join our email list and you'll always know the moment a new one lands.
Q: What ink does the pen use? Is it refillable?
A: Our pen writes in black ballpoint ink with a 0.7mm tip, and yes, it's refillable. The refill replacement size is 11x0.7cm.
