Gratitude, Unconditionally

Gratitude, practiced daily, works like a standing appointment. You show up whether the week was a triumph or simply…a week. Over time you become remarkably good at noticing what went well.

This autumn, we launched The Grateful Collection, dedicated to the founder’s mother, who kept an attitude of gratitude for as long as her daughter can remember, in bright seasons, and seasons that weighed heavier than others.

That is what gratitude, unconditionally looks like up close. In practice it is wonderfully small: one line over breakfast about the colleague who covered for you, or a name of a friend written down before bed that sent you the sweetest text right when you needed it. Researchers who study gratitude have found that putting thanks in writing tends to strengthen its effect on well-being.

The easiest way to begin is to attach your gratitude practice to a time you already keep. The first coffee works. So do the last quiet minutes before sleep. Write down one thing you're grateful for and why it mattered, then come back tomorrow and do it again.

The collection brings together our signature bundle, a notebook, notepad, pen, bookmark and thank you card, so that gratitude appointment has a beautiful place to happen every day. Explore the collection now.
